Statement

As a young child I found myself making things, usually abstract in nature. To this day, I still find it essential to work with chance operations on many levels. The interaction of color and form, hopefully transcending into something totally different, always holds my attention. This quest for a creative outlet, breaking new ground, traversing the edge of dark and light

is what makes each day interesting and worthwhile.

The new tools resident in the computer applications are substantially more sophisticated than anything I have ever worked with. They allow me to produce a far superior and varied

array of art work.

The most important thing is the process, regardless of the outcome. The same rules of balance and structure in art prevail as they did hundreds of years ago. The act in itself is the

part that counts. It makes life meaningful.
