Exactly 38 years ago on Oct 2, 1972 all the political parties signed the draft of 1973 constiution of Pakistan, the March 31th of 2010 reminds us the historic day when all the political parties representatives signed the draft of 18th amendment. After the successive military rulers the constitution of Pakistan was totally discarded.
