A project is consist of Sequences & Assets.
Each Sequence is consist of multiple shots.
Shots & Assets include tasks based on work format or required skills.

Wormhole has different functionalities and privileges for each based on its user type.
Features dependent upon user type are listed below.
- Permission to modify task : allowed users can create and delete shot/asset task and also set schedule for the task.
- Permission to assign artists : users can assign artists to specific tasks.
- Permission to change progress status : user can change the progress status of each task.

Wormhole provides a ‘Wormhole website’ to every company based on its name.
Each Wormhole website has a separate Admin Site and a User Site.
If the name of your company is ‘Test’, the Admin Site address would be Test.wormholepipeline.co.kr/site_admin and the User Site address

You can select language in ‘Environment - Option’ menu. Three languages are available – Korean, Chinese, and English.

Setup ‘File Server Home Directory’ in ‘Environment - Working Environment’ menu.
All data published with Wormhole will be saved under ‘File Server Home Directory’.

You must enter User ID, User Name, and User Type.
User ID – Enter user ID. English is recommended.
User Name – Enter user name.
User Type – Choose one of options - Artist / Team leader / Coordinator / VFX Supervisor /
Seq Supervisor.
You can select different user types in ‘User-User Type’ menu.

There are two user registration methods.
First, you can register individually in ‘User - Registered User’ menu. Click ‘New’ button on the ‘User List’ page.

Second, you can register many users en bloc in ‘User - Upload User File’ menu.
Click ‘Download’ button on the ‘Upload User File’ page.
If you click ‘Download’ button, you can download files that you need for user registration.
You must enter User ID, User Name, and User Type.
User ID – Enter user ID. (English is recommended.)
User Name – Enter user name.
User Type – Enter one of options – A (Artist) / T (Team leader) / C (Coordinator) / V (VFX Supervisor) / S (Seq Supervisor).
You can select different user types in ‘User – User type’ menu.

Even if you delete users in Excel file, registered users will not be deleted in Wormhole.
You can delete users in ‘Registered User’ menu one by one or en bloc.
When saving a edited file, you must save in ‘xls’ form by choosing ‘Saving As – Excel 97-2003 version.’
If you select and upload a file, modification will be applied.

After user registration, register teams and select a team per user.
Click ‘New’ button in ‘User – Team’ menu to register new teams.
Enter team name and select task for the team.
※ If a team is already registered, you can also set up the team in ‘Registered User’ menu.
After team registration, select team members.
Click ‘Modify – ‘Modify Team’ – ‘Team Member’ on the ‘Team List’ page to select team members.

One user belongs to one team at a time.
When a member is sent to another team, the member will be automatically removed from the previous team.
If the user type is set as ‘Team Leader’, the member will be automatically set up as a team leader.
※ If a team is already registered, you can also set up the team in ‘Registered User’ menu.

When user registration is completed, you can get access to the User Site.
The default password is identical to the registered ID. For example, if the ID is ‘ABC’, the password will be ‘ABC’.
Passwords are case sensitive.
Log into the User Site and select language first.
You can select language in ‘My Task – Personal Information – My setting’ menu.
Choose one of three options – Korean, Chinese, and English.
And we recommend the changing password.
You can change password in ‘My Task – Personal Information - Modify Password’ menu.

Your project in Wormhole is structured as below:

Your project consists of sequences, and sequences consist of shots.
Each shot uses assets, but assets are not subcategories under shots.
Assets are subcategories of the project and can be used for different shots simultaneously.
Shots and assets consist of multiple tasks, depending on the workflow.
You can manage project, sequence, shot, and asset in ‘Project Management’ menu on the Admin Site.
You can also set up the member who will be involved in each project.

Click the ‘Modify’ button on the right side of each project.
On the ‘Modify Project’ page, click 'Install Plug-in' button to create 'Project Directory’.
All data published with Wormhole will be saved under ‘Project directory’ in ‘File Server Home Directory’.
※ If any function does not work during use Wormhole, try click 'Install Plug-in’.

Or click ‘Project ID’ in ‘Project List’ page.
And click ‘New’ button on ‘Sequence List’ to register new sequence.

You must enter Sequence ID and Sequence Name.

After sequence registration, register shots under sequence. There are two shot registration methods.
First, you can register shot individually. Select ‘Project Management - Shot’ menu and select project and sequence.
Or click ‘Sequence ID’ in ‘Sequence List’ page.
And click ‘New’ button on Shot List to register new shot.
Enter information on the ‘New Shot’ page.
You must enter Shot ID, Shot Name, and Schedule.

Second, you can register multiple schedules with ‘Task Template’ function in ‘Shot Task Overview’ menu.
‘Task Template’ bundles frequently registered tasks.
To use 'Task Template' function, you need to make ‘Task Template’ in ‘Environment - Standard Template’ menu on the Admin Site.
If you have registered a new 'Task Template’, you need to register tasks to ‘Task Template’.
Click ‘Environment - Template by Task’ menu or ‘Template List’ per template.

Register tasks and targeted schedule for each task on the ‘Add Task to Template’ page.
SEQ – Enter the order number for each task.
Task Type – Select task type.
Start Date and Duration – Select duration, the number of days that are needed to complete tasks from the start date.
Gantt Chart – You can change registered task schedule with Gantt chart. Click ‘Update’ button after changing your schedule.

Task Template – Select template that you want to apply.
Select among searched subjects to register schedule, and click ‘Task Template’ button.

Once 'Task Template’ is ready, search tasks that you want to set schedule for in ‘Shot Task Overview’ menu.

You can move or change length the ‘Schedule Bar’ on Gantt chart to modify schedule.

You need to assign artist for registered schedule. There are two artist registration methods.
First, you can click ‘Status’ in ‘Shot Task Overview’ to select one by one.
Click ‘Status’ to see details.
You can select artist in ‘Assign Task’ menu.

Also, after selecting artist, click ‘Check Schedule’ button to check schedule
of the artist.

You can filter by skill, team, and status.

This method lets you designate a single artist for different tasks.

Second, you can assign artist for different schedules.
Select schedules that you want to assign to the artist, and click ‘Modify’ button.

First, you can click ‘Status’ in ‘Shot Task Overview’ to order one by one.

You can modify ‘Status’ in ‘Modify Task’ menu.
If ‘Status’ is changed to ‘Ready’, the result will appear in the artist’s
‘My Assigned’ menu.
After ordering to start task,

Check tasks assigned to you in ‘My Task - My Assigned Shot’ or ‘My Assigned Asset’.
Wormhole will inform you the tasks you need to work on today.
‘My Assigned Shot’ and ‘My Assigned Asset’ have ‘Schedule Today’ and ‘Not Finished’ menus respectively.
- Schedule Today : Assigned tasks which are scheduled for today will be shown.
- Not Finished : Unfinished tasks will be shown.
If the status of task is ‘Waiting’ even if they are scheduled for today, they will be shown under ‘Not Finished’ section.

If it is the first time to start a task, you need to click ‘Create Directory’ button
on the ‘Start Work’ page to create ‘Work Directory’ on artist’s PC.
※ If there is any function that does not work properly, try click ‘Create Directory’.
To start task, click ‘Start’ button that you want to start in ‘Schedule Today’ or “Not Finished’ menus.
If you click ‘Start’ button, the status will automatically change to ‘ing’.

After creating 'Work Directory’, you can choose one of the softwares supported by Wormhole.
Wormhole supports ‘Maya’, ‘3Ds Max’, ‘Softimage Xsi', and ‘Nuke’.
If you work on software supported by Wormhole, your data will be saved under ‘Work Directory’.
If you work on software that is not supported by Wormhole, you need to save data under ‘Work Directory’ by yourself.

Once the task is completed, review request about the task.
There are two methods to ‘Review request’.
Basic review request – Attach a movie or image file less than 250MB or give a link to it and send to internal or external users.
FTP review request – Used when link/attached file of any size and any formats to external users.
‘Reviewer (Approver)’ and ‘Reviewer (CC)’ will receive Review request.
- ‘Reviewer (Approver)’ can propose opinions and choose ‘Confirm’ or ‘Reject’.
- ‘Reviewer (Approver)’ just like a ‘Team Leader’, recommends staff who have the authority for ‘Changing Progress Status’.
- The authority for ‘Changing Progress Status’ can be set in ‘User - User Type’ menu on the Admin Site.
- ‘Reviewer (CC)’ only can propose opinions about reviews.

When reviewer received the ‘Review request’, reviewer can choose between two ways to ‘review’.

First, you can search the published information by entering asset, shot, task, and period on the left of the ‘Daily View’ page.
For example, if you want to check the ‘Shots’ that were produced in the last three days, check ‘Shot’ and enter ‘3’ in the period section.
Then, you will see the list of ‘Shots’ that were produced in the last three days.
You can see ID, name, publishing date, preview image/movie, artist, and comments of ‘Shot’ or ‘Asset’.
You can save the frequently searched condition for further use.
For example, if you hold a modeling team meeting regularly, once in a seven day period,
check ‘Asset,’ select ‘Modeling’ task, and enter ‘7’ in period section.
And, enter name and click ‘Save Search Key’ button. Then, you will be able to search faster next time.

Bar graphs are categorized into ‘Not Started,’ ‘In Progress,’ and ‘Finalized’. This is calculated using the status for each task.
If the 'Status’ is same or lower than the progress rate of ‘Ready’, the bar graph will show ‘Not Started’, and if higher ‘In Progress’.
If the progress rate is 100%, it will be ‘Finalized’.
You can modify the ‘Progress Rate’ of ‘Status’ or create new ‘Status’ in ‘Environment - Status’ menu on the Admin Site.
You can check the overall progress and information on the ‘Information’ page.

You can use Gantt chart of ‘Shot/ Asset/ Team Schedule’ on ‘Project View’ to check and modify schedule.

If you click ‘Show Baseline Task Bars’ button, you can compare targeted schedule entered before and the current schedule.
The current schedule will be displayed in green and targeted schedule in yellow.
You can see grey bars with blanks in the middle under the current schedule. The blanks means, no schedule is entered for that time.
Using this information you can modify schedule more effectively and use in ‘Team Schedule’ menu more effectively.

In the example below, the sequence ‘Sq003’ has ‘Animation’, ‘Rendering’, and ‘Composite’ tasks;

The ‘Status’ affects the progress rate.

When entering notice, you can attach files and enter notice per project.
If you select ‘Rel.Project (Relating Project)’, notice will be sent to users who are working in the related project.
If you check ‘POPUP’ and enter notice, pop-ups will appear on the screen of all users who are logged in.

You can send messages to other users with Wormhole’s message function.
Messages in Wormhole cannot be deleted and will be saved permanently.
Also, you can chat with other users, send e-mails, and connect to Skype ID.
- You can select and send messages directly, or by using your favorite group.
- You can select tasks related to asset or shot, or attach files when sending messages.
- You can quickly search messages by using message filtering function.
If recipients are logged in Wormhole, messages will pop up on screen of recipients.
If recipients are not logged in Wormhole, the number of ‘Messages’ will increase in the upper right corner.

You can back up published data with Wormhole’s ‘Data Copy’ function.
Search data that you want to back up in ‘Projects - Daily View’ menu.
First, you can enter and search asset, shot, task, and period on the left side of ‘Daily View’ page.
For example, if you want to back up ‘Shots’ that were produced in the last three days, check ‘Shot’ and enter ‘3’ in the period section.
Then, you will see the list of ‘Shots’ that were produced in the last three days.

After searching data you want to back up, click ‘CSV Export’ button to download the list of searched data.
And click ‘Data Copy’ button to execute ‘Data Copy Tool’ and select downloaded ‘CSV File’ on ‘Data Copy Tool’.
If you want to back up ‘Texture’ and ‘Cache’ files together, check on checkbox first and then select ‘CSV File’.
Lastly, select back up directory and click ‘Copy’ button to back up.

Schedule managers often need to send data to external users.
To send data to external users, use ‘Data Copy’ function to collect data that you want to send.
See the ‘Data back up’ for the description of ‘Data Copy’ function.
After collecting data, you can send data with ‘FTP Request’ function.
Register a shot or an asset on the Admin Site. You can use any ID or name.
(They will be used for sending data.)
Enter schedule for registered shot or asset, and assign ‘Schedule Manager’ for artist.
And modify ‘Status’ to start task.

In Wormhole’s ‘Node View’ menu, you can connect multiple nodes to use various functions of Wormhole closely.
You can take and filter necessary information and connect various nodes together in a user-centered way.

When making an animation or a movie,
You sometimes create preview movie to check natural flow of each shot movies under sequence.
You can make a preview movie with shot movies under sequence in ‘Projects - Node View’ menu.

- If you open a list, the latest shots or shots per task type will open.
- Any list that does not include published image will show ‘noFile|None’.

Administrator can set the data save directory of Artist PC and File Server Home.
• Artist PC Home Directory – Wormhole working directory of artist’s workspace
(Each users can edit this directory in User system.)
• File Server Home Directory – Set file server home directory.
• File Server Home Directory (On Linux Desktop) - Set File Server Home Directory in Linux OS.
When artists start work on their computer , all necessary files and directory are automatically created on users’ workspace.
User’s Workspace is created using the following rule
- [artist PC home directory]/[project id]/[asset id]/[shot id]/[task type]/[user id]
When Artists publish their works, it will be saved in already set Fire Server directory.
(Publish is the process of uploading data to file server and registering that information on wormhole web server.
Detailed information about publish can be found on plug-ins guide.)

Task Type is division of tasks by skills or work type.
For example : 3D modelling can be divided into modeling, texture and rigging.
Tasks will be utilized when inputting schedules on ‘scheduling tab’, ‘shot/asset task overview’ of user system.
Tasks can vary depending upon work field or company. You can add or modify it in ‘Task Type’ pages.
- 21 Task Types are registered by default.
- Each Task is categorized by task name and display color
- Each task display color can be changed using the color palette.
By default 21 Task Types are added in the wormhole. It is not recommended to add task type by same name.
Moreover, the task number and task name of default task types are unchangeable.

You can use templates to group multiple tasks and assign them to users.
You can modify template name or usage memo, and add/delete tasks in templates using Task List button.

You can register and modify the status code which indicates work progress.
Status Code is used to show the progress of sequence, asset, and shot creation tasks.
Status code like N,S,P,H is used to represent the task schedule in batch processing mode.
Display color of status code can be modified using color palette when ‘Display Color’ is clicked.

Status code is used to show work status or progress in User System.
Status code can be ‘Waiting’, ‘Ready’, ‘Final’ etc.
- Not Started : If the task progress rate is less than or equal to ‘Ready’.
- Finalized : If the task progress rate is greater than or equal to ‘Final’.
- In Progress : If the task progress rate is greater than ‘Ready’, and less than ‘Final’.
For example, if you set the status code for ‘Ready’ as 10%, every status under 10% is shown as ‘Not Started’

Complete project management is done on this page.
- Admin can create, delete, and modify projects
- Admin can rename the asset/shot reserved field names for each project.
These names can be seen on the asset/shot task overview table on user system.
- Admin can set the publish data directory path for each project
- By clicking on project id, admin can is redirected to the sequence list page.

- Edit Project ID, name, logo image, information, schedule and involved artists.
It is recommend to use English for Project ID and Project Name.
- Leading people of Project must have the user type of VFX Supervisor, Seq. Supervisor and Coordinator.
User type can be modified in ‘Admin System – Registered User’
- Once a person is designated as Project Director, he/she will automatically be the VFX Supervisor of sequence and asset.
- All information of Project will be shown on User System in ‘Projects- Projects View’ or ‘Projects-Node View’
- Clicking on the schedule input field opens calendar to select the project schedule date.
You can set the specific date by clicking the calendar.
You must set the calendar otherwise it shows 0 for all dates.

It is recommend to use English for Sequence ID and name.

You can register, modify and delete shots. It is recommend to use English for Shot ID and name.
- Register shot ID, name, frame information and shot leader.
- Shot leader can be chosen between Team leader and Artists
- Shot information includes Length, Start Frame, End Frame, Handing, In, Out and comments.

To save csv file, Save as > Excel 97-2003 > save as ‘.xls’
Once you upload the edited excel file, all the new shots information from excel file will be updated automatically.
Avoid using same shots id while adding new shots in excel
If you use existed ID, it will update old data.
It is recommend to use hyphen for date.
You can make comments in the language you set.
Excel file doesn’t need to have all information of the shots.
After uploading the batch file, only new shots and modified shots are updated other shots information remain the same.
For example, if you upload list which has only 10 modified of 100 shots and other 90 deleted shots lists,
those 90 shots won’t be deleted from Wormhole.
Deleting a shot option is not available by ‘.xls’ file uploading.

You can register, modify, and delete Assets.
- You can add asset id, name, image, schedule period, tag, owner, comment and leading people. Asset id should be non repeating.
It is recommend to use English for asset ID and name.
• Asset owner – Choose among Team leader and artists
• VFX Supervisor – Automatically assigned as VFX Supervisor of Project
• Asset leader- Choose among Team leader and artists
• Coordinator – Choose among Seq. Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, Coordinator and Team Leader
- Category and Tag are used to search Asset in User System.
You can input several tags using comma.
- Asset image and other information is shown in the asset list of User System.

- Reference media is saved on the file server, so that all users can access the file

Multiple tags can be added separated by semi-colon (;).
If image size is less than 512x512px, it will be sent to web server deleting original image.

You can register and modify notice.
Notice can be registered by projects. User can also attach files. Attachment file limit is maximum 20Mb.
If you check Popup option, users will be notified via popup message.
In ‘Detail’ page, you can check the name of users who read the notice.
Admin can create popup notification of old notices to users having not read these yet by clicking “pop up” button for that notice.
User can reply to BBS notice by adding comments in User system.

When a user wants to start a discussion, he can start a forum. Forum posts are viewed according to the subject of the post.
Forum category can be added and deleted in ‘Admin System – Managing Forum’ page.
When creating a forum, user can select the category. Files can also be attached( up to 20Mb).
Moreover, If you check the pop up check box, other users are notified about the forum.
Users can open the forum post and reply to each post via adding comments.

It is divided into update Shot new version, Update Shot (Imported Asset), and Update Asset new version.
• Update Shot new version – When other task type is updated in the same shot.

• Update Asset new version – When other task type version of assigned asset is updated
You can delete each list individually.
If you update using Update Tool Plug-in (Maya, 3ds MAX, Softimage) which Wormhole provides, list will be deleted automatically.

•This page has similar functionalities to the ‘Scheduled Today’ page.
- ’Waiting’ means standby status i.e. task has not been started yet.

- Click on the play button on thumbnail to play video on default player or click RV button to play it on RV player.
- Insert numbers beside RV player button to play latest footage version with specified number of shots connected at the start or end.
- Pressing arrow keys on either side of RV button connects shots, depending upon number of clicks, with the current shot.
- Task types which have control of continuous movie are Previz, Layout, Animation, Simulation, Rendering, and Composite.

- There are Main Reviewer (Approver) and Sub Reviewer(CC).
• Main Reviewer (Approver) – Either Seq. Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, or Team Leader can be the Main Reviewer
• Sub Reviewer (CC) - All users (multiple users can be CC)
• Sub Reviewer (CC) select group – Select favorite groups which are created in the messages tab.
• For more information on Favorite group refer to ‘Messages – Favorites’.
- FTP request using Review Tool is used to transfer files to file servers of the sender and reviewer.
- Main Reviewer can confirm or reject reviews, this option is not available to sub reviewers.
- When it comes to CC Reviewer, either users related to same Assets and Shots are automatically selected or you can choose directly.
- Sub Reviewer can read reviews and suggest opinions.
- Once you are requested to review a task, an alert window is shown for notification about the review.

Home page of Project view shows the overall progress of the project and other related information.
- Project information can be added or modified in ‘Admin System- Project’
- Statistics of artist’s work in progress, sequence/shot/asset tasks, number of tasks and progress of each task are shown here.
- Progress of all the tasks of the project along with details of asset/shot can also be viewed on this page.
- Task progress can be exported to csv file which can be opened in Excel.

Shot/Asset/Team Schedule
You can control the schedule using Gantt chart.
- Click ‘Show baseline task bars’ button to see the yellow bar that shows the initially planned schedule for a task.
- Drag the empty space of chart to adjust the area. Click menu to see sub menus.
- Drag the empty space of list to see additional information.
• Previous – Shows task schedule on previous dates. Move empty space of chart to the left.
• Next – Shows task schedule of future dates. Move empty space of chart to the right.
• Collapse all – It hides sub menus and show only top menu i.e. the project name.
• Expand all – Expands all the sub menus i.e. all the scheduled tasks in a project.
• Show baseline task bars – It shows the initially planned schedule of a task.
• Days, Weeks, Months, Quarters – Change the task schedule timeline date view.
• New Window – Open chart in new window
• Print- Print chart
Once you open the chart in new window, you can modify it and click save to apply changes to the schedule.

- In shot task progress, sequence progress chart is shown on left hand side and on the right side shot progress chart is shown.
- In asset task progress, task type progress chart is shown on left and on the right hand side, category progress chart is shown.
- In personal task progress, team progress chart is on left side and artist progress chart is on the right hand side.
- Click on a bar of the chart shown on left or the menu in table to see the detailed chart for that selected item on right.

Here you can search for the assets used in a particular project.
- You can search assets by asset tag, asset ID or search by the designated owner of that asset.

- Each medium is managed by tag.

- You can upload Media from User system.
Image file is the thumbnail image that is shown in Media View. Media file is a file that will be played by RV or Play button.
Media file must be in File Server so that it is shared across all users.
Multiple tags can be added separated by comma.
- You can combine multiple tags in a group while registering new media or by modify tag option.
If you put ‘Group name/’ (Group name + /) before tag names, the tags are placed in that group.
If you want to create groups hierarchy, you can use multiple group names
Ex) If you put ‘name1/ name2/ tag1’ as a tag, tag1 will be placed in group name2 and name2 is placed under name 1 as a sub group.
‘Group’ does not affect the tag itself, rather it helps in efficient management of tags.

- You can upload multiple Jpeg images using Batch Upload option
You can choose JPEG images by folder, put tag and upload by clicking the export button.
Multiple tags can be used separated by semi colon (;)
If image size is less than 512x512px, it will be sent to the web server and original image will be deleted.

Daily view can be used to retrieve task output data like images and videos for regular meetings.
[Task output data is the data published using ‘add movie’ and wormhole’s other publish data functions]
- You can search the published assets/shots task output’s ID, date, and task type.
- Frequently used search criteria can be saved for later use.
- Media file can be published using ‘Add Movie’ button without using other publish data functions.
- Use checkbox to play multiple files in RV Player as a single movie.
- If the comments are modified, modified information is emailed to the user.
- Output data information can be exported in CSV file, the output data can be copied using CSV file.

Daily view publishes the path of the file.
Therefore, when using ‘Add movie’ to publish a file, the file must be place on file server.
By using the “Data Copy” feature on “DailyView” page, user can duplicate searched data and back up data for that project.

You can see the list of all reviews of a project by date or duration of days.
- Click ID to view all the review for that shot/asset.
- All reviews shown by clicking shot/task ID can be filtered to show reviews for a specific user only.
- Click a task type to view all reviews of that task type for a shot or asset.
- In the review list table each column display Request Time, Requester, Request Comment, Approval,
Reviewed time, Shots/Assets, ID, Task, Reviewer, and Reviewed comment data for a review.
Review list can also be downloaded as CSV file.

Shot/asset task overview page shows the progress of asset/shot and other related information.
- By clicking on shot/asset ID, Details and Review records can be verified.
- Schedule can be checked and modified using Gantt chart.
- Change progress status of shot/assets or input contents in the columns, and changes can be saved
- Following functions can be performed on the selected assets/shots from the list
• You can modify the artist, progress and schedule of the selected items.
• Register new schedule to the selected items using add task or add template buttons.
- You can print the current task overview.
- Items searched through filtering, altered column orders can be saved.
- Below mentioned functions can be performed by clicking on the task status

- Node view consists of 3 main parts : Node View Canvas , Properties panel and details panel.

Compound node can group several nodes. Click on canvas and drag mouse over desired nodes to select nodes that you want to group,
then click compound icon to group them.
Double click compound node on canvas to see individual nodes.
Click close node to close the individual nodes of a compound node.
To connect nodes, click and drag the small circle on the side of node.
Clicking that circle highlights the possible points where that node can be connected.
To disconnect nodes, click the line connecting two nodes and press delete button on keyboard.

Not every node can be connected, some such cases are shown below
Right click on canvas to open node view menu, from that menu, current node tree can be saved or shared with other users.
To share a node tree, that node tree must be saved first.
Saved node view list will be shown by project.
- If parent child relationship exist, reverse connection is not possible
e.g.) Since sequence is always higher than shot, shot cannot be connected directly to sequence
- If there is no relationship between connecting nodes
예) Since there does not exist a relationship between sequence and assets,
those two nodes cannot be connected with each other.
- If there is a limit on the number of nodes that can be connected
예) A sequence can have multiple shots but a shot can have only one sequence,
So connecting shot with multiple sequence nodes is not allowed.

Project node shows the overview of a project. When it is connected to other nodes, it also sends its project information to those nodes.
