fastest way to get to Pagudpud. If you’re coming from Manila, the plane ride to Laoag only

takes 45 minutes. If you’re feeling more adventurous and would want to enjoy

the sceneries that come with land travel , ride a bus. The trip from Manila to Pagudpud takes 11 hours.

Pagudpud, a haven for tourists. Maira-Ira Point is also an emerging attraction with its

secluded beach known as the Blue Lagoon.
