“Branding”/Image
Criteria: • Marketing potential - Career Development programme branding
• UNESCO 'corporate' (for lack of a better word) identity - bear in mind gender/geography/organizational mandate
• Project identity - What does career development look like?
• “Appropriate” connotations and no negative connotations. (e.g., images that would overemphasise link between career development and “promotion” were eliminated).
• Key words: people, organization, planning, strategy, future, technology, HR, development, international, strength, soar...
• Aesthetics - Visual impact
• Printability/“photocopiability” – colour and B&W, print/online.
