Bikes are cool, but bikes aren’t that cheap anymore. Having your bike stolen today can be not only an

annoying headache but an expensive loss too.And bikes have always been a hot product.

Amsterdam100.000 bikes arestolen every year.

Paris80% of the Vélib’ fleet was stolen or damaged.

BeijingA bicycle is stolen every second.

BIKE BACK is a GPS based safety system which

allows you to find your bicycle anywhere.

Anywhere on Earth.

Through a mobile app or even a web site you can track your bike and find exactly where it is, what is special when it was stolen. With the local police support you can go there and have your “bike back”.

How does it work?Set the GPS in your bike and find it with your mobile.

The Bike Back GPS device can be set in

several places on or inside the bicycle.

Once it’s done your bike is safer. You still need to use lockers and be clever - don’t leave it anywhere, ok? - but if you’re unlucky, use BIKE BACK and find your bicycle instead of wondering where it could be.

As bikes can cost a lot, to buy a new one can be a huge investment. If people care about a US$ 300 iPhone, they also may care about their

expensive bicycles. If you can avoid a loss, you will save money.

Is BIKE BACK an innovation?So far nobody has succeeded at putting together bikes+GPS+ safety.

You can use lockers, but they aren’t unbeatable.

You can track your pathway, but only while you’re riding.

Is BIKE BACK feasible?Probably YES.

There are several small GPS trackers that can be hidden inside bike tubes or disguised as an ordinary accessory. The receiver costs about US$ 7. Even if our final product costs about 10x this, it’s still a good deal.
