Look Outside

Abstract the question and reframe it.

Look for extreme examples and solutions outside the boundaries of the problem – “who does it well?”

Repatriate ideas to promote improvisation and innovation within the boundaries of the problem.

“So enjoy your results and be very proud

of these but remember there are many

ways of being smart.”
