Philosophy
A Stage Manager is a balance point where
the best interests of the actors must be
upheld, as well as the best interests of the
shows as a whole.
A Stage Manager has to be able to be
stubborn enough hold fast to policies, and
humble enough to recognizing that those
policies are not working.
