DESCRIPTION
Companies face an increasingly competitive environment, where both speed (e.g. be the first on the market) and quality (e.g. have the best user experience) are very important. The best guarantee to create a great user experience is to focus on the user during the designing process. However, the perception is often that user-centered design is very time-consuming and difficult. In this workshop we give an overview of what it means to apply UCD techniques and show how you can doe this 'guerilla style'. The attendees will also get hands-on experience, so there are ready to apply the new skills after the workshop.
