3 types of assessments

• Skills Inventory – Broad assessment to help you identify which skills you possess

• Accomplishment Sheet – Identify industry-specific skills that you possess

• Proficiency List – Identify job-related proficiencies that you possess

Using the grid

• Each cell is the intersection of an experience and skill

• Identify how you’ve gained skills through your experiences

• Click “Add” in a cell to add details• Delete experiences or skills that you do not

want to include

Other options

• Rename – change the name of your document

• Delete – delete your assessment

• Clone – make a copy of the assessment (like “Save As”)

• To do – Create a to-do list for yourself

• Switch Assessments– open another assessment

• A shareable URL that you can send to employers or mentors

• Post your document to social networking sites or share it via e-mail
