Be accountable

There is only one rule and ruler here: Task owner rulez!!!Rules of the game: Everyone is accountable for the task (s)he owns. There is no micromanagement. Everyone’s task is important and should be treated with the utmost respect. Trust the task owner to know what’s best but by all means question him if the need arises! !Object of the game: Outperform on any task given!

Make mistakesThe faster, the better actually! Mistakes are encouraged, it means you can take one step back to go three steps forward! !

Customer care

Put customer needs first and go the extra mile for each and every one. Always assure the customer that we’re on their side.

Remember: It’s not just the support techs spreading our good name around, but your codes, your designs, your cheerfulness, so start spreading it!!

Laudations

Commend as soon as the occasion arises, give a thumbs up every time you get a chance and spot something great your colleagues have done, no matter if it’s a high-paying client won over or a washed plate you just ate from!

Give back as much as you are given.!

Deadlines, go-to colleagues and trivial tasks

First things first – don’t panic!

Communicate your problems, seek out help if you need it and focus on the task at hand!

Ask and ye shall receive - don’t be afraid to ask if you need anything but do respect your colleagues time.

That said, prioritize your trivial tasks – write them down to do later – but do DO them!
