October 2011 - Present

Executive Assistant Executive Assistant to the CEO, Mr. Turner. Assisted Mr. Turner with Marketing job proposals for NHDOT, MaineDot, VTrans of Vermont and the state of MA. Maintained and renewed all state certificates and proper paperwork for proposal applications, created Google calendars to track dates. Attended networking events to expand our potential business with event attendees, followed up with contacts and tracked potential jobs. Enhanced communication between field techs and executive team, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration. Maintained all new employee hire and termination paperwork, improved office efficiency by implementing color-coded filing system and introducing additional time-saving measures. Setup and scanned all employee files to a network device for future use and ease. Set up the company with a new IT network while working directly with Nerd 11 IT team for 6 months. Maintain 4 offices with company supplies, new copiers, computers, lab supplies and machinery and negotiated favorable terms and pricing agreements with hotels, vendors. Manager 25 company truck inspections, registrations, maintenance and Wright Express gas cards.

February 2006 – September 2011

Office Manager Responsible for and managed all company escrow banking for NH, ME, VT and MA accounts. Reconciled monthly bank statement in QuickBooks and a Real Estate software program called LoneWolf - reported to the COO monthly. Responsible for processing agents commission checks daily. Helped grow the company from 2 offices/22 agents to 12 offices/275 agents in my five and half year tenure. Provide support to 12 branch managers when needed with office supplies, support with payments to agents, In charge of all vendors for the company and each office. Answer phones as back-up support to the front desk when needed. I was then promoted to the Relocations Director of LeadingRE Companies of the World. Match agents with clients to help find a home all over the country. Attend monthly meetings and quarterly functions throughout the country to further my education as Director of Relocation. Event planning for office functions for 275+ people for; holiday parties, summer parties and large promotional social networking events.

Office Manager Provide technical and administrative support for the Real Estate agents in the Portsmouth NH office. Act as liaison between company President, Sales Manager, Operations Manager and the agents in the Portsmouth office as well as five other offices. Coordinate office functions, gift ideas, and event planning for agent open houses. Managed all files pertaining to Real Estate transactions for the Portsmouth office. Approximately 38 Million annually. Generate and Maintain monthly schedule for all agents. Process agenda for monthly sales meetings. Create brochures, direct mailers, listings packets, flyers, presentations, and buyer tour packets for agents in the Portsmouth office. Maintain the function of all office equipment including computers, fax machines, and printers. Order inventory and maintain all company supplies for Portsmouth, Newburyport and Salisbury offices. Process all new agents through NNEREN, NH Real Estate Commission, Maine Real Estate Commission and both the Strafford

and Seacoast Real Estate Boards.

Lead Quality Control Inspector of microscope slides and devices. 2nd shift supervisor for the shipping department (fulfilled and processed orders to customers) Prepared shipping labels in FedEx, USPS & UPS. Emailed clients to let them know the tracking info. Multi-task in all areas of shipping in a very fast paced environment.
