Set your Social Media goals

Write down a maximum of 3 goals you are aiming to achieve with your social media strategy

Exercise 1:

Who do I Want to attract?

WhoName, Industry, Role, Age, Gender, Interests, Education 

WhatWhat are their needs? What keeps this person awake?

What stops their company growing? What wastes their time?What information do they need?

Where – Who do they like/follow?Where are they based? Where do they look for a solution?

What do they already know? Who influences them?

Know your Audience

Think about your favourite customer or 2 or 3 of your top clients.

In pairs, ask each other the questions to create a character of who you’ll be talking to.
