An overview on how to implement user experience strategy within a project management framework. Delivering user-centered digital products requires substantial resources, processes and the right type of enviornment. In this presentation, I explain the purpose of UX strategy, its general characteristics and some tips on how to implement it in your organization. This presentation is by no means comprehansive and may not apply for all types of products and services. The concepts and terms expressed in this presentation are based on my experience and training and may not reflect your organization's defintion of UX/UI/IA management.
