Entering Campaigns – click “+Tab” and from the main menu choose Campaigns

Click “New” to create a new Campaign

Enter in the name of your Campaign

Enter in the name of your Campaign and other details

Entering Leads – click “+Tab” and from the main menu choose Leads

Click “New” to add a new Lead, adding their info and choosing the correct

Campaign

Name and phone number(s) How they heard of you (Campaign) Email address Contact method (did they call, email or walk

in?)

Enter as much Lead information as possible!

What you want to track:

Which campaigns did you get Leads from? How did they contact you? (Call, Email, In

Person, etc.) Calculate your cost per lead (the cost of the

campaign divided by the numbers of leads it gained)

Website Leads into PerfectMIND

You can have a web-to-lead form on your website that upon its completion, all of the lead’s contact information will automatically sync into PerfectMIND!

Choose the fields for your web form Embed it on your website for your

promotion Set up auto emails for the lead and yourself
