But how do you make it work?

• Quick question – who has done business from their connected world?

• Was it easy?• Did the business just fall into your lap?• Time to blow away some of the myths.

• Business on the web is just business• It won't just fall into your lap• BUT the tools make it easier• The more converged your 'world' is, the easier it

becomes

• Social stuff interlinks – it is all built in• Use it!• You can find real leads using converged tools• Example – Twitter is FULL of people asking for

stuff

This is just an example from our own tool set

• There are great ways to not win business– Sit there and

aggressively wait for the phone to ring

– Or the tweet to come in– Or the 'Like' to happen

• Or you could do something about it…

• There are only two real channels– Inbound– Outbound
