YOU KNOW YOU ARE ADDICTED TO TECHNOLOGY WHEN...
1. You pick up your phone and look at FB at a red light.
2. You have more charges in your home than you do outlets.
3. Your family is in the same room, all on an electronic device with the TV on.
4. You send a family member a text to see where they are at, in the house.
5. You can’t go the entire day without electronics.
YOUR PERSONAL BLUEPRINT
• Describe your ideal life.• Who is there?• What are you doing on a regular basis?• What are you achieving?
• Specifically focus on: - Work/Career - Home/Family - Physical/Health - Recreation (time off, travel, etc.) - Friends/Social/Community - Spiritual/Emotional
IF ONLY...
Finish these sentences in your journal:
“I would’t be as distracted if only _____________________.”
“I could eat better more consitently if only _____________________.”

“A lot of what we ascribe to luck isn’t luck at all. It’s seizing the day and accepting responsibility for your future.”

CREATING STRONGER WHYS
• What is the realistic BEST thing that could happen if I DO?
• What is the realistic WORST thing that could happen if I DON’T?
CREATE A STRONGER WHY
•Identify something you struggle with motivation to start, continue, or complete.
•Ask:
What is the BEST thing that can happen if I DO?
What is the WORST thing that can happen if I DON’T?
•Visualize what you desire.
?
INSPIRATION TOOLBOX
Create a list of things that currently inspire you.
“Positive Nouns” - People, Places, Things
Be specific.
Don’t say books, state authors. Don’t say music, state artists.
You can find passion...
... in WHAT you do.
... in WHY you do it.
... in HOW you do it.
... in WHO you do it for.
