Meet Pramod – Our CEO

Pramod is the inspiration behind the PKS Management Consultants. Pramod has completed B.E. (Comp. Sc.) from Government Engineering College , Jhansi and M.B.A. (Marketing) from DAVV, Indore, India. Pramod has got 20 plus years of varied industry experience in technical, management and management consulting areas. Before venturing into his own, Pramod worked for Wapcos, Alstom, Microland, Hughes, Stratandops and SAP India. Pramod is a voracious reader and delves deeper into management and leadership topics. Pramod is a much sought after speaker on various forums. Pramod publishes on LinkedIn and contributes for Rediff India.

7. Relevant assignment detailRaymond Store Turnover AuditClient is having 6 stores in Bangalore and one manufacturing unit in Mandya district. In one of their store turnover had become almost stagnant for last 5 years. Client took our help in diagnosing and remedial measures for the same.

Our 3 member team worked on the project. We submitted our recommendations, which were accepted by the client. We got 4/5 feedback on our work.
