OWNER COMPANY

An owner company is the one who OWN the project; has a Prod. Sharing Contract (PSC) with the government; has the right to explore, exploiting, processing, and producing the oil and gas in some areas (depend on the agreement they had).

SERVICE COMPANY

A service company is the one who serve the owner company with specific expertise and move in the exploration and the production section.

Regulator Agency (in Indonesia)

Is belong to BP-Migas, stands for: Badan Pelaksana Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi.It has power to do the monitoring and control the company that work in the field of oil and gas in Indonesia based on contract.
