• write down all the qualities that you admire in the first person on your list

(are they honest? thoughtful? respectful? loving? when you think of them, what qualities do you think of?)

• write down all the qualities that you admire for everyone else on your list

• If there are any qualities that people share, put a check next to that quality.

• For each word with lots of check marks, put a star next to it

step 5

• Write all the qualities with a star on the new sheet of paper.
