All Production is Meticulously Done by Hand

One thing that we are really proud of is that all of our brewery equipment is produced by hand by our very experienced manufacturing employees (with about 20 years of experience.)

This allows us to tailor any equipment to meet the specific needs of any of our clients with any design that they might have in mind. Not only that, we ensure that all welding and polishing will be properly made to ensure both the safety of the client as well as provide an aesthetically appealing exterior.

The "Lid” is very thin compared to the base that is welded onto the fermenter.

“Lid” is almost as thick as the base that is the base that is welded onto the fermenter. This

eliminates the possibilities of the man-way deforming over time due to the pressures it will

encounter as well as ensure the safety of all personnel handling the equipment.

Here at Jinan XIMO, we want to guarantee our customers

We do not take any shortcuts during our production, which

is why we use the best materials in order to allow ourselves

to properly manufacture a system that will help minimize

usage of materials (ingredients, cleaning materials, etc.)

and at the same time protect anyone that might need to

operate the equipment.

offers an additional safety feature that helps increase the amount of pressure

that the fermenters can withstand from 0.2Mpa (2 Bar) to 0.3Mpa (3Bar).
