Turn-Key is a term based on the analogy of the ease of unlocking a door with the right

The “Door” is:Customer Provides the details of

their existing network and the future services they want to provide to their customer base.

The “Key” is:Madison Group designs and

implements a solution consisting of multiple products from multiple vendors and presents the functional “Key” to the customer to unlock the “Door” of services that need to be provided.
