BHAG: Establish a governance structure that meets the evolving needs of Indiana Swimming

MIG: Establish a Governance Committee chaired by the past General Chair of Indiana Swimming

MIG: Create a Governance Evaluation Task Force to study and evaluate Indiana Swimming's current governance structure and develop an effective governance model

BHAG: Create a subsidiary organization to solicit, coordinate, and stage events

MIG: Create an Event Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the formation and structure of such an organization

•Immediate Goal: To develop the infrastructure for Indiana Swimming to disseminate important information to its members

•Establish an LSC Communications Committee•Create an avenue for education at all levels of Indiana Swimming membership

•Publish a one-page newsletter to be included in ISI sanctioned meet heat sheets

•Make the Indiana Swimming web site the #1 source of accurate information

•Focus efforts on face-to-face contact or phone calls

I. Open Water Proposalall items presented at the HOD would require 90% for approval

The Amendment to Rule 102.9 reads, in part: “All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials. For men, the swimsuit shall not extend above the navel nor below the knees, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor extend below the knee.”   Textile fabric is defined as material consisting of natural and/or synthetic, individual and non-consolidated yarns used to constitute a fabric by weaving, knitting and/or braiding.
