The story of …

We believe in the value of employee benefits agencies.

We’ve been working to improve the value of insurance agents and brokers for almost 30 years.

1984 2015HIPAA PPACA

First with Gadaleto, Ramsby and Associates, one of the top managing agents for BCBSM.

At our peak, we paid commission to more than 2,000 agencies and serviced their day-to-day challenges.

In 2012, we felt the first damaging effects of the ACA on our industry.

Not only were agents being swept under the rug, their support system was being dismantled.

Our largest revenue source abruptly canceled our contract, leaving our more than 40 employees desperately wondering where their next paycheck would come from.

And leaving many agencies wondering how they would continue in the industry without a support organization.

From our experience in the industry we knew there would be struggles if the slow elimination of agencies continued.

We believed what agents did was extremely valuable and needed a support system.

We began exploring our core competencies - we spoke with agent friends and rediscovered skills in employees.

We excelled at customer service and developing agency support tools.

We had a strong team already in place, ready to continue working with agents and brokers.

This led to a vision for improving agencies’ daily practices and developing agent and broker services.
