a) Actually their needs are

unique

b) They want to be perceived

as people with that unique

need

Or

You need to acknowledge that

unique need because..

Like ..

Aspirational User

How to differentiate ?

So you want to know that also..

There are various ways,

one of them is ‘5W’s n H’.

Let’s say you have taxi service,

I’ll try to fit in a few examples..

Who: It is for ??

Business

Travelers

Girls Only

What: It is for ??

Intra City Travel

Off Road Travel

When: It is to be used ??

Night Travel

Group Travel

Where: It is to be used ??

Water Travel

Air Travel

Why: It is to be used ??

Cheapest Service

Always On Time

How: It is to be used ??

Self Drive

Roof Travel ;)

But before we conclude, here

are two points to remembers…

1. Differentiation can be Real or

Irrational .

2. Just because you are unique

does not mean you are useful ..
