FutuHR is a totally mobile application for smart phones, tablets and your desktop that provides an easy-to-use complete HR Management System including employee & manager self-service, time reporting including project, client and services tracking, benefits, compensation, performance and external payroll interfaces. All for a few dollars a month per employee! FutuHR allows managers and executives to monitor and access company data any time from anywhere. FutuHR tracks all employee data and benefits, all types of compensation including bonus and expense payments, tracks employee time for hourly, weekly and monthly employees and creates the interface file containing all of this information to be sent to the payroll provider of your choice. Plus FutuHR provides a library of comprehensive employee, company, benefits, headcount and compensation reports which can also be e-mailed or downloaded to Excel.

Getting Started/Purchasing• Go to iTunes apps and search for FutuHR
• Click on Free under FutuHR to Download• Open app on device and login with your e-mail address• An e-mail will be sent to you in order to login the application• Once in the application, you will need to enter your company information and billing /credit card data. Be sure to enter the NSS Payment Code (RENN022)for your discount!• Begin manual data entry or import your data using the migration tool• You will be billed monthly based on the number of employees in the system
Implementation Plan
• Use the migration tool to import existing data • Administrators need to create necessary table values for payroll periods, payroll groups and other required fields• Verify employee and table values• Open application to employees and managers for general use and Time & Attendance functions• Employees/Managers will be e-mailed by app to login and enter new password• Have users enter app and update necessary personal information
