Customizing invoice, quote and order by

Templates are used for data entry form and PDF for Quote, Invoice & Order

By default Datamoto comes with 2 templates:

Goods templateServices template

To select template:Select template while

adding/editing Click

Default Goods Template consists of

8 columns per line item (row)Header name of each column

Default Service Template consists of

Header name of each column(different from goods template)

Click on Setting

Click on Customize

Default columns are selected – YOU CAN CHANGE

If you select these then items will be auto

populated from Inventory while editing forms
