What is ACTA?
The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is a plurilateral agreement which aims at setting a 'golden' internat ional standard for the enforcement of intel lectual property r ights .
The Agreement was negotiated by a handful of countries in coordination with certain parts of industry.
