21 reasons why people don’t read your

newsletter anymore

You can have a very extensive mailinglist but the question is if somebody is reading your stuff.

You can use this slideshare and send it to all inactive subscribers to see if you can re-activate them (and

maybe you want to delete them if you get no response back & save some money because normally you pay for

the number of subscribers that you have).

Enjoy and have fun!

I get your newsletter already in a different mailbox (mail-address)

1

I’m not interested in your stuff anymore

2

I am afraid what will happen when I push the button unsubscribe

3

I love to have a full inbox but never read anything

4

I have read your newsletter secretly (without letting mailchimp know it)

5

I want to support you with having a very extensive mailinglist

6

I’m not interested in your content but fell in love with your beautiful eyes

7

I want to read your newsletter but a Stormtrooper stole my mail

8

I didn’t know that there was a button unsubscribe

9

I prefer to get physical post instead of a digital newsletter

10

I really have trouble with saying goodbye to people

11

I’m saving all the newsletters and read them once every 3 years

12

I’m going to read it … but first this to do… and this … and …

13

I’m a very slow reader and still busy with your first newsletter

14

Why should I read your newsletter when I’ve already heard the news

15

I prefer to get a video-newsletter instead of one with words

16

I have multiple personalities and think one of them has read it already

17

I’ve moved to the jungle and have no access to internet anymore

18

I always read with my eyes closed but maybe I’ve read the wrong mail

19

Sorry no time for newsletters, I have 17 children who keep me busy

20

I just want to let you pay extra money for subscribers who don’t read your stuff
