Centrifugal Oil CleanerWorking Principle

Centrifugal Oil Cleaner Operates on the reaction turbinePrinciple. The oil pressure & flow Is converted into Rotational energy as the oil escapes through Rotor Nozzles.

The resultant Centrifugal force removes dirt from oil, depositing it on the Inner wall of rotor in a dense cake form. Clean oil drains back To the oil sump by gravity.

Advantages:

Conventional filters have very coarse filter element (30-50 micron), to allow sufficient oil flow to Rotating/Sliding Components.

(as 100% of the oil flowing to components passes through them.)

Fine particles start building up in the oil as it cannot be filtered by conventional filter.

Centrifugal Oil Cleaner process small quantity of oil continuously to very fine level of below 1 micron.

Why Centrifugal Oil Cleaner ? Conventional filters cannot separate fine

particles from oil. Centrifuge is perfectly capable of doing this job. Centrifugal force is capable of removing a wide

range of particles extending into sub-micron range.
