(Lower Alabama) Percy, teaching in a split between 3D Studio and Art Education at Troy University, will chronicle the birth and early growth of a "collaboration rich" Empty Bowls initiative serving Pike County and surrounding areas in rural south Alabama. Strong partnership between higher ed and underserved K-12 schools highlighted.
