SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Fees
- Currently, we are only shipping our products domestically We ship nationwide to all cities in Indonesia. We
use JNE Shipping Company (http://www.jne.co.id) for all shipping to cities in Indonesia.
- We only uses REGULAR JNE service which takes about 1 2 working days for Jakarta and the surrounding
areas.It takes about 2 5 days for shipment to other cities in Indonesia.
- Orders will be processed on regular working days, from Monday to Friday 9.00 AM until 6.00 PM.We do
not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Please allow 24 hours after your payment confirmation for us to process your order (check your payment,
Packing, etc). Your order will be shipped the next day.
- Your order will not be shipped if we cant confirm your payment or your payment was not in a full amount.
We will contact you immediately in the event of something like this happening.
- You will be sent an E-mail Confirmation or SMS once your order has been dispatched with tracking
information

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rate
- Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates
- Shipping rate will be charged based on the total weight of your order. If the total weight exceeds 1 (one) kilogram, another
kilogram will be added to the total shipping fee.
- Information regarding the weight of every product is stated on the product detail page.
- The shipment cost will be added to the total amount due when you check out.
Shipping rules and restrictions
- PUF store will not be held responsible in the event of loss or mishandled merchandize (delivered package is broken or wet)
AFTER the order is delivered to JNE.
- PUF store WILL NOT be held responsible if JNE cant deliver the goods in time, due to incomplete or misspelled address or
there is no recipient at the address. Please Call JNE at (021) 566-5262 to deal with the problem.
- PUF store will give customers free shipping if there are mistakes in the order.
Return and Exhange
- PUF store will only allow returns or exchanges if the Item is damaged or flawed due to manufacturing mistakes.

items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy
1.We can not exchange item purchased because of dislike of the color or style. we have tried our best to give the most accurate
colors displayed in the web store, however due to the inconsistency of the display colors in computer monitors across various
brands and make, colors displayed MAY appear differently.
2.We will ONLY allow exchanges if the item received is damaged.
3.If the item that you wish to exchange are no longer in stock, we will provide a store credit to you Or refund your purchases infull amount on the designated account number you provide.
4.You should email us within 3 working days after you have received the item. Please provide the reason for the refund or
exchange.
5.We will respond to your email and ONLY after you get the e-mail response that you can return the item. We will provide the
designated address located in Jakarta.
6.Please allow one week to process your refund or exchange. to inquire the status of your exchange or. refund request, please

7.Refunds will be sent via Bank Transfers for customers.
